Shipping containers stacked at a freight yard

Rawaa Logistics · Jordan · Freight and logistics · 2025

A pipeline that stopped losing freight quotes

Rawaa's quotes were split across three inboxes and a shared sheet. We rebuilt their pipeline around how quotes actually move, then automated the follow-ups that used to depend on someone remembering.

Rawaa runs freight quotes for clients across Jordan and the Gulf, and before this project, a quote’s status depended on which of three inboxes you checked. We migrated their deal history into a three-stage pipeline, matched to how their brokers actually work a quote, and automated the reminder that used to be a sticky note.

The bigger change was on the delivery side: once a quote closes, the handoff to operations now fires automatically with the shipment details attached, instead of a broker forwarding an email and hoping.

A storefront fast enough for its own ad spend

Souk & Sage's ad campaigns were driving mobile traffic to a storefront that took over six seconds to load. We rebuilt the site and gave every campaign its own landing page.

Souk & Sage sells home goods across the Gulf, and most of their traffic arrived from paid social on a phone with a middling connection. The previous storefront wasn’t built with that in mind, six-plus seconds to load, a nav bar in front of every landing page, and it showed in the ad numbers.

We rebuilt the storefront static-first, and gave each campaign a dedicated landing page instead of routing traffic to a diluted category page. Ad spend now lands on a page built for exactly what the ad promised.

Modern residential apartment buildings against a clear sky

One dashboard instead of four spreadsheets and a Slack thread

Masaha manages buildings across Riyadh. We replaced four spreadsheets with one dashboard, and added an assistant to handle tenant questions that didn't need a person.

Masaha’s portfolio management ran on a mix of spreadsheets maintained by different people, so a simple question like current vacancy rate meant a round of messages before anyone had an answer. We connected their existing property management tool and payment records into a single dashboard scoped to the handful of numbers their team actually checks weekly.

Alongside it, a WhatsApp assistant now handles routine tenant questions, lease renewal dates, maintenance request status, and hands off to a person the moment a question needs judgment.

A support inbox that stopped growing

Zad's support team answered the same order-status questions daily on WhatsApp. We built an assistant on their real order data and automated the kitchen-to-rider handoff.

Zad’s WhatsApp support line was mostly the same three questions on repeat: where’s my order, can I change my address, and why is it late. We built an assistant on their live order data that answers those directly and pulls in a human the moment a question needs one.

On the kitchen side, an order used to pass through a person at every step between the app and the rider. That handoff is now automated end to end, with a status update sent back to the customer at each stage.
